Foundry House Design does not offer interior design, but we partner with several interior designers who integrate their services into our process so that this step can be incorporated into our process.

Foundry House Design offers a unique collaborative-design process in which we present 3D preliminary designs in a virtual meeting, allowing for immediate feedback from our customers and making changes to our residential architectural designs on the fly. We call this method “live design.”

From classic to contemporary and traditional to modern, our team of commercial and residential architects has worked with all construction styles and interior aesthetics and is open to many styles. 

A project timeline ultimately depends on the scope of work and the requirements set forth by the local building department. However, most of our projects are completed within 3 months.  Expedited design services can also be purchased to shorten the process timeline to approximately 7 weeks if needed.

We are an architectural design company. Our staff is professionally trained with graduate-level education in architecture and related fields. Our plans are reviewed and stamped by a licensed commercial and residential architect or a licensed structural and professional engineer. So if you are looking for a commercial or residential architect near you, look no further!

No, we do not offer construction services. However, we do work with many excellent contractors who we can recommend for your project.

For revisions and drafting assignments, we offer our services at an hourly retainer with a $1000 minimum.  For small design projects, there is a $4000 minimum.
